From there, I support leaders to align strategies, systems, staffing, and funding realities around the results that matter most. This approach helps your organization navigate change in ways that are more effective, sustainable, and satisfying.

I provide customized support in different ways depending on what’s needed. Sometimes that looks like coaching, facilitation, assessments, or strategic guidance. When helpful, I work side-by-side with staff and board members through fractional or interim roles to add capacity and ensure new ways of working are firmly in place.
